UPDATE 4/28/2020

Heritage USA Federal Credit Union puts the health and well-being of our Members and Staff as our top priority. 

 Starting Monday May 04, 2020, we will be re-opening our Big Spring Street location and our lobbies at all locations with limited occupancy.

Due to a continued increase in cases of the virus in our community we will take all the necessary precautions to make sure all or our members and employees are safe. We would like encourage our members to continue to use our online and phone services for self-service when at all possible. When you come in to our lobby, we ask that you follow all procedures put in place by the Credit Union as recommended by the CDC to make sure you and our staff members are as safe as possible. 

  • Be aware and please comply with all signs and floor markings that will be posted in our lobbies. 
  • Please continue to practice safe distancing from everyone as recommended by the CDC. 
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or use the inside of your elbow when you cough or sneeze.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
  • If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands

We are also asking our members that are feeling ill or that are recommended to be in self quarantine as advised by the CDC to please stay home.   

The following self-Serve services are still available. We encourage our members to utilize these services as first options to ensure everyone's safety.

Use our online and phone services for self-service access on your accounts.

Please visit our website at to access your online banking. You can also download our mobile app. From there you can check balances, view transactions, make payments, make transfers, pay your bills through bill pay, and other services. If you need any assistance in setting this up, please call our offices at 432-681-1050 and we will be glad to help you in any way.

Utilize our ATMs or Drive thru for transactions

During this time, we will be expanding our drive thru transaction limitations as much as possible to take care of your transactions through the drive thru. Please make sure to bring your photo IDs for verification and faster service.

Wadley and Big Spring branch drive thru hours are as follows:

  • Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm (Wadley location) Weds 10:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm (Wadley location only)
  • Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (Big Spring location)

If you are experiencing financial difficulties due to this pandemic and are having a hard time making a payment on your current loan, please reach out to us at 432-681-1050 option 5. Apply for a loan online or call us at 432-681-1050 option 4 to speak with a loan officer.
