Starting Monday December 07, 2020, we will be closing our Big Spring Branch location and all lobbies at all locations until further notice to clean and sanitize due to a team member testing positive for COVID-19.
Due to a continued increase in cases of the virus in our community we will take all the necessary precautions to make sure all or our members and employees are safe. We would like to encourage our members to continue to use our online and phone services for self-service when at all possible.
We are also asking our members that are feeling ill or that are recommended to be in self quarantine as advised by the CDC to please stay home.
The following self-serve services are still available. We encourage our members to utilize these services as first options to ensure everyone's safety.

You can also download our mobile app. From there you can check balances, view transactions, make payments, make transfers, pay your bills through bill pay, and other services. If you need any assistance in setting this up, please call our offices at 432-681-1050 and we will be glad to help you in any way.
During this time, we will be expanding our drive thru transaction limitations as much as possible to take care of your transactions through the drive thru. Please make sure to bring your photo IDs for verification and faster service.
