Per your verbal request the credit union will add your card number to an Exception File that will allow you to use your card out of the state of Texas &/or the United States only for the duration of your request. If you request to have your card number added to this file on a permanent basis you must sign a Card Exception Request Form. By signing this form you acknowledge that the credit union may not be able to protect your account from fraudulent &/or unauthorized charges.Â
